About the fund raiser
Applied Scholastics Academy (formerly Delphi Academy) is implementing additional new curriculum in the fall. In addition to the newly opened computer lab & the inception of the music lessons by current teacher - Cesar Aguilar, the school is being joined by a new teacher, Mr. Vic Stryker. Mr. Stryker is an Astronomer with 30 years of teaching & planetarium experience. A special science lab is being put together so that Astronomy, Earth & Space Sciences, Photography, Cinematography, Model Rocketry, Aviation Awareness & Sundial making will be able to be taught to the children at age-appropriate levels. Mr. Stryker will arrange Science projects for the children & will also be entering them in competitions where available.
